wanokokyu-12 花嫁 （bride）
花嫁 bride
Bride – Warmly celebratory light transitioning from pure white to champagne gold
From a serene white top to a calm champagne-gold base, this cylindrical lamp is layered with washi and adorned with a veil-like slit that drapes down the side. Its stance combines purity and subtle festivity, just like its name. When illuminated, light settles into every fiber, creating lace-like shadows reminiscent of bridal fabric. Never overpowering, its glow gently raises the emotional warmth of the space—an embodiment of “blessing.”
The light source is a bulb-shaped LED designed to minimise glare. Thanks to the diffusing effect of the washi paper, it produces a soft, gentle light that is easy on the eyes, creating a gentle gradient across the wall that makes for a soft, photogenic backdrop. By day, it stands proudly like a sculpture; by night, it welcomes visitors with an enveloping glow—
Recommended Installations ・Living room/bedroom corners, hotel suites, reception areas, chapels, photo booths ・In spaces with white walls, stone, or light wood. A perfect match for a wide range of styles, from modern to Japanese modern.
