Snow Child – YUKINKO｜A slender form with gentle light, serene in pure white
Wrapped in a lattice of washi paper over a slim silhouette, this floor lamp glows faintly like the clear morning light of snowy lands. Its upward-reaching shape sharpens the space, while the soft inner illumination seeps through to the surface, each grid emerging like tiny snow crystals. As its name suggests, “Yukinko” carries a purity and childlike charm—cool yet quietly warm, as if holding a trace of body heat within the chill.
The light source is a low-glare LED. The fibers of the washi gently diffuse the light so the shadows never grow harsh, instead forming subtle gradients across walls and floors. By day, it stands with sculptural poise. By night, it lends calm warmth to the quiet—an enchanting duality that is its true appeal.
