Additional charges

• Shipping: Shipping within Japan is free, including Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands.
• Bank transfer fees: Paid by the customer.
• Cash-on-delivery fee: Paid by us when this payment method is used.

Payment Methods

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and other supported cards.
• Express checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
• Other methods: PayPal and bank transfer (payment in advance).

Payment Timing

• Credit cards and payment services: Payment is confirmed when you place your order.
• Bank transfer: Please pay within 7 days of placing your order. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received by this deadline.

Dispatch Times

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Made-to-order items: Dispatched within approximately 2–4 weeks after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary depending on the availability of washi and other materials and our production schedule.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

• Change-of-mind returns: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unopened. Made-to-order and personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Defective or damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs.

International Orders and Shipping

For delivery within Japan, please use our Shopify checkout. For international delivery, please use the dedicated WorldShopping cart. WorldShopping handles purchasing on your behalf and international shipping. Availability of the international cart depends on your location.

International orders incur additional charges, such as purchasing service fees, international shipping and handling fees. Customs duties and import taxes may also apply.
